From A Groundie To Owner

Altitude Arborists began with a straightforward mission: to deliver safer, higher-quality tree care than most people expect. Long before owning a company, David Athas started at the bottom—dragging brush, picking up sticks, and learning the trade from the ground up. What began as hard, hands-on work fueled by a genuine love of the outdoors evolved into a passion for professional tree care and a commitment to doing every job the right way.

Today, Altitude Arborists is a full-service tree company built on precision, meticulous safety standards, and the belief that quality work speaks for itself. From routine pruning to complex removals, every project is approached with the same dedication, attention to detail, and respect for the client’s property.

Our growth has come through hard work, strong relationships, and consistent word-of-mouth referrals. While the company has grown, our values remain unchanged: prioritize safety, deliver exceptional results, and treat every customer with honesty, professionalism, and respect.

From stick groundie to owner, every step of the journey has reinforced one simple principle: do the job right and be honest.
